Low Level of Knowledge of Atrial Fibrillation and Anticoagulant Treatment among Patients with Atrial Fibrillation Scheduled for Cardiac Surgery

Review Data

Purpose and Significance of Study: The manuscript highlights the low level of knowledge of atrial fibrillation and anticoagulant treatment among patients with atrial fibrillation who are candidates for cardiac surgery, thus underlining the need for greater efforts to adequately educate this vulnerable subset of patients.

Fit with Scope of Journal: The manuscript is of high interest for the Journal of Integrative Cardiology Open Access
