Comments: The Discussion puts forth the relation of obstructive jaundice in pediatric patients with biliary rhabdomyosarcoma and cholangiocarcinoma. Further, the authors describe the importance of imaging techniques when investigating biliary tract RMS and differential diagnosis, providing relevant literature. The Discussion also highlights the disease management of the reported patient with biliary tract rhabdomyosarcoma. The Conclusion suggests that since biliary tract rhabdomyosarcoma (BT RMS) is a rare entity, it must be included in the differential diagnosis of any child presenting obstructive jaundice.
