Comments: The Discussion provides a brief explanation of the cases caused due to complications with SARS-CoV-2 in puerperium. Further, it states that the clinical course of SARS-CoV-2 infection is more rapid and worse in situation of peri and post-partum complications. Lastly, the authors suggest SARS-Cov-2 screening in all pregnant and post-partum patients irrespective of whether the patient has any symptoms or not.

·       Under broad heading Case Report,  2nd paragraph, 1st sentence “At the day of the second betamethasone injection” must be “On the day of the second betamethasone injection”.

·       In Case Report, 6th paragraph, 3rd sentence, “It was kind of a balancing act finding the best treatment in regard of coagulation with thrombocytes” must be “It was kind of a balancing act finding the best treatment in regard to coagulation with thrombocytes”.

 

Further comments on the paper

Comments: This manuscript presents 2 case reports of 2 different pregnant individuals with puerperal infections complicated by COVID-19 co-infection. It illustrates the treatment carried out in both cases and suggests rapid diagnosis and treatment for the prevention of long-term harm.
