Comments: The Discussion illustrates the surgical treatment and subsequent adjuvant immunotherapy in a 67-year-old patient who was diagnosed with perineal squamous cell carcinoma. It further highlights the rarity of the tumor, providing relevant literature. This concludes by stating that ideal diagnostic work-up, optimal treatment strategies, and prognosis are not well determined due to the rare occurrence of squamous cell CUP located in the male pelvis. Lastly, it suggests a treatment regimen for control of the symptoms for the localized tumors.
