Comments: This case report presents a 70-year-old male with asymptomatic swelling of the right parotid region which on biopsy showed aggressive salivary duct carcinoma with lymphangiosis carcinomatosa. The study further illustrates the course of the patient in the rare aggressive carcinoma, describing the need of rapid diagnosis and aggressive therapy which involves surgical treatment and radiation therapy.
