Further comments on the paper

Comments: This review article stresses on the importance of human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccination and vitamin D3 to sufficient blood levels (≥50 nmol/L) in people and children to boost their innate and adaptive immune responses and improve their brain health. The Introduction lays down the basics for taking up the present study. The most prevalent pandemic cervical infection is the human papillomavirus. The study states that the best strategy to prevent autism spectrum disorder (ASD), especially for women, is to get HPV vaccinated (3 shots) prior to and even during pregnancy as mother can supply passive immunity to the neonate and infant.
