Comments: This article lays an educational approach to the patients, as well as to the people who are associated with the patients of the most progressive neurodegenerative diseases we know so far, viz. Alzheimer’s disease (AD) and Parkinson’s disease (PD). AD and PD not only deteriorate the quality of life but also may cause death. Therefore, any positive impact of nonpharmacological interventions, such as physical activity and exercise, would improve public health. Although the mechanisms are not clear yet, but it is evident that physical exercise is beneficial for the prevention of AD and PD.
