Comments: This case series presents cases of buried penis and erectile dysfunction in 6 adult patients. This study highlights the significance of penile prosthesis placement, a combined surgical treatment approach which include penile prosthesis, ventral phalloplasty, penile suspensory ligament release and suprapubic lipectomy in order to improve the cosmetic appearance of a buried penis, erectile function and the patients’ psychological satisfaction.
