Purpose and Significance of Study: This is a case report of a 48-year-old man with sarcomatoid carcinoma of the urinary bladder. The rarity of the case and the high malignancy associated makes it worth reporting. 

 

Fit with Scope of Journal: The manuscript is of very high interest for the Journal of Surgical Oncology.

·       In the last sentence, “evidences” must be replaced with “evidence”. 

  In the 4th paragraph – 

·       In the 1st sentence, “;” must be inserted after “prognosis”.
