Comments:
The study is well designed and executed. The Introduction lays down the basics for taking up the present study. The Methods and Results are adequately described. The Discussion puts forth the rationale for taking up the study, effectively describes the relevant literature and enlists the implications of the findings from the present study in that context. The article is well supported with briefly explained tables. The study is apt in Concluding that the Holter ECG is a useful examination in the evaluation of the patient with symptomatic or non-symptomatic hypertensive cardiopathies (HC) in order to determine potentially serious rhythm disorders, absent on standard ECGs.

Further comments on the paper
Comments: This descriptive and analytical cross-sectional study aims to evaluate the 24-hour Holter electrocardiographic (ECG) recording during hypertensive cardiopathies (HC) in order to highlight the fleeting rhythm disorders in hypertensive patients. The study holds importance as hypertensive heart disease is the first of the cardiac complications of hypertension. The study further reports a prevalence of left ventricular hypertrophy (LVH) of 34.6%. The Holter ECG has been used in this study to find potentially serious and fatal rhythm disorders.
Q: Would you recommend this manuscript for further publication?
