Further comments on the paper

Comments: This review article focuses on the efficacy and selectivity of modulated electro-hyperthermia (mEHT) to induce tumor cell death in cancer patients. This complementary treatment, together with chemotherapy and radiation therapy stands to be a significant technological  advancement in the hyperthermia field, utilizing its electromagnetic power on the tumor cell membrane to induce drug delivery, increase the blood flow and oxygen radical production which results in massive apoptosis. Chemo-radiotherapy along with mEHT prolongs the overall survival time, suppresses the toxicity of the treatment and improves the quality of life of HIV-positive cervical cancer patients. The abscopal effect has proven to be a successful parameter in advanced cervical cancer treatment with mEHT which shows the effects of tumor-directed immunotherapy.

Q: Would you recommend this manuscript for further publication?

A: Yes - Suitable to be published

If you have any questions and clarifications you can write to the journal.

Thanks,
