Abstract: Repeated anus is a rare congenital condition characterized by repeatedly discharging of faeces and gas in the fistula. Its presentation is long-term. We herein report a rare presentation of the disease in a 45-year-old Chinese woman. Preoperative examination and postoperative medical examination confirmed the diagnosis we made was at first. The patient underwent surgery. Recovery was ideal.Keywords: Congenital deformity, anal deformity, repeated anus
