We describe a case of primary B cell lymphoma diagnosed in a 74-year-old male, who presented with worsening back pain and unilateral leg weakness. Radiological imaging identified an abnormality within the T6 vertebral body, but analysis of initial vertebral body biopsies showed no clear evidence of malignancy. The diagnosis of high-grade B-cell lymphoma was only made following repeated bone biopsies and subsequent histopathological analysis. The patient’s care has since been transferred to Haematology and is currently undergoing intensive chemotherapy.
