The aim of treatment remains surgery with negative margins. We report a case of 65-year-old woman who was diagnosed with BCC of internal canthus of the right eye, in October 2011. The patient was treated by surgical resection in 2 steps with reconstruction by a frontal flap. The treatment resulted in complete remission without any recurrence after ten years of surgery.
