abstract ={In this article, we have described two cases of Verneuil’s disease (H.S) which benefited from radical surgical
excision, and followed by reconstruction of the axillary region with a TDAP perforator flap, and we carried
out a literature review to highlight the interest of this technique and compare it with other therapeutic options
in terms of complications, and also the functional and aesthetic outcome.
