Patient with endometrial or ovarian cancer with synchronous or metachronous Lynch-associated malignancies.

Patient meeting revised Amsterdam criteria.*

Patient with synchronous oi metachronous colorectal and ovarian or endometrial cancers.

Patient with a first/second-degree relative with a known MMR mutation.
