Significant hematoma restricted to the RAM, can exceed the midline

Impatient treatment.

Clinical or surgical management

Major hematoma with the possibility of:

-Haemoperitoneum

-Hematoma in the space of Retzius

-Hematoma below the arcuate line

Impatient treatment.
